How to hatch a Pokemon egg?

-pokemon silver/gold

Just walk around with it. I also suggest putting it at the top of your party. Don't worry, eggs can't go into battle :)

keep the pokemon eggs in the party and just walk. When u have enough steps the eggs will hatch. You can check if the egg nearly hatch at the party screen. Start-pokemon-select the egg and you can view the stat.

1st, put your poke egg w/ your other 5 Pokemon. Then, you battle with other trainers/Pokemon. The more battles you have, the larger the experience gained by the poke egg. Once the egg reaches a certain level of experience, it will hatch.

actually, all eggs hatch by walking around. Different eggs have different amount of Steps required. I think that the least amt. of steps required for a pokemon egg(i don't know what kind) is 5,000 steps. for baby pokemon, i think it hatches longer than other eggs.

The time that it takes to hatch an egg is based on the amount of steps you take in the game. You just have to walk around. Find and area where you can walk around alot with out having to load the next area....then just get to steppin'.

It's very simple. All you must do is make sure you keep your egg with you at all times while your travling around and such and before you know it. It'll hatch because all you have to do is walk around as much possible and then the time will come. ^__^;; hope i helped some

Yeah...like they said, you must walk around for a long time.

Usually I just go to cycling road and hold up and release for a few seconds with one hand while doing something else like talking on the phone with the other.
