They have them at http://www.FavoriteTVshow.com They do have a sign-up fee but it is small and a one time thing only and after this you get unlimited access with full-length episodes of old and new shows including full series.It's as free as it gets.

try limwire..
download limewire 1st then try downloading the anime..
