It would be quite difficult to track it without at least the name of the Area and/or the name of the building or street or at least a famous landmark that was close to it.
Since the majority of old buildings and streets have been changed and replaced with newer projects there is a big chance it has been already demolished. If you can supply at least a name or something similar or maybe the first 3 digits of their old flat land line number then with that you can get the area it used to belong in.
