Anthony Munoz of the Cincinnati Bengals of the 80s and 90s-he also had a brief stint with TB.
Other than the guys already listed above, I'm not aware of any jewish football players.

Sid Luckman and Ron Mix are probably the best Jewish football players ever. Now they seem to be mediocre backup quarterbacks like Jay Fiedler and Sage Rosenfels. Robbie Gould, the Bears kicker, is also Jewish and he is a pretty good for a kicker.

Marty Glickman(more known as a Broadcaster-but played for the Giants for a few years in the late 40's)
Schlomo Glickstein-played soccer at Yeshiva U in the 80's. had a tryout with the Bills, Poped his groin kicking off in a pre-season game, never played again(true story!)

I think Rex Grossman is jewish and one of the best offensive linemens in the league plays for Kansas City named something Mali is Hispanic
