Yes. I wish i could do some stuff during the day like sleeping since i suffer from a kidney problem. But things keep me awake, like homework or television programmes im interested in. I could care less about actually going anywhere but some people want to do so many things but they usually cant do so much in one day, believe me, i know someone who doesn't have time for me or others but that's just the way life is.

I do very little in any given day. Sleeping 7-8 hours leaves you with 16. I have classes at college for about 4 hours every day give or take, so that knocks it down to 12. 5 hours I use to relax and play video games or something like that, 4 hours I use to do school work, the other three are dedicated to walking, eating and exercising occasionally. Really, there isn't much you can do in any given day unless you wake up early, don't have any obligations to fulfill that day and you cut back on sleep. I wish I could do a lot more things during the day because it feels like I follow the same routine for everyday and it just renders you completely jaded after a long time; you need a little bit of excitement in your life to help you press on. Sleep sucks.

There are 24 hours in a day. Let's try to break this down logically.
Let's assume you sleep a natural 8 hours.
That leaves us with 16 hours.
1 hour of getting ready in the morning for job/school/etc.
That leaves 15 hours.
2 hours for lunch and dinner. ( you can multi-task during these times though!)
That leaves 13 hours.
8 hours of working/studying
That leaves 5 hours of doing anything you'd like.
Now, your current situation might be that you're working two jobs, or you're full time student with a full time job. That's when things can definately get tricky - but it all comes down to time management and focus.
Focus will allow you to get things done in a timely manner. Day dreaming, getting distracted, etc. can limit your ability to finish what you start and get to the next project.
Given, I don't completely know what your "activities" are - but I can assume that if you want to get more done, multi-tasking is a good idea. Study while you do laundry, do yoga while you watch tv, knit while you're commuting, etc.
And when it comes down to it, its a matter of making what you need to get done on a daily basis a habit, so that way its not a matter of doing it, you just do it naturally. There are always exceptions, but try to get back to the normal "pattern" as soon as things have resumed back to normal.
Good luck!

Never as many as I had planned! I just keep on making list, but I think some may have to wait until I retire, or scratch them off. We did have bad weather and work got canceled. so I actually tried my hand a basket making, something i have wanted to try for awhile. It actually didnt turn out to bad, mabey when i retire I can sell them on the street corner. ( just kidding) I do have a huge stack of magaines I wish I had time to read. Mabey I should get off the computer and do some of the things I keep putting off for another day. but It is my way of relaxing.

Yes. Whenever I want to do something and think it will take only an hour, it takes 5 hours unless Im lucky. Some days go fast and I get everything done quickly, on other days I dont get anything done at all.

that is just my everyday.
i do personal errands then meet up with brilliant partner, we plan, then rush to client meeting, coffee, interview new staff, by this time it's evening i grab a quick dinner and work on drawing plates and sketches for another client meeting in the morning.
Sometimes i don't sleep, and in between emailing customers, i hang around Yahoo answers.
i wish i could have time for yoga, exercise, shop, make a lot of loving.

Like right now -- I should be doing dishes, cleaning, burning papers, going to town to buy some meds....
It's 10am so I feel I got lots more time before I have to get off of here, but, before I know it....it's gonna be too late to start those menial tasks. Tomorrow................
