I was married before when I was 18 and my x husband and I had a daughter. She passed away right after she was born and we buried her in his family plot. Now that we are not married and I am re married I will not be buried in that plot and would like to be buried next to my daughter. We talked and agreed that I could move her to the plot of my choice, but I dont know how to go about doing that.

go to the funeral home of the place you would like your buriel sites. you purchase the sites and give the funeral home director the information on where your beloved child is currently buried.
they will move her for you from there no problem. it probably costs around 900.00 to ?. sweet peace!

In most states you have to get a court order tohave a body exhumed and moved. Good Luck
