Could be two things : (1) sleeping too much can make you tired or (2) better check with the doctor.

TRY EXERCISING EACH NIGHT BY WALKING UP GRADES AND DOWN AFTER EATING. BE FAITHFUL IN EXERCISING. AND TAKE VITAMINS AND FISHOIL WITH YOUR FOOD AND KEEP DOING IT AND QUITE POSSIBLY THIS WILL HELP UNLESS YOU HAVE A PHYSICAL PROBLEM . DONT EAT TOO LATE AT NIGHT AND THEN RECLINE.
