He want to keep his genius secret, he don't want other to become genius, and don't want to help others to become better. What he should do to be Genius?

Yes, a genius can be secretive, especially if he is not so sure of the intentions of the people around. Secondly, his talent may remain unused because he is not motivated by a corresponding purpose to use it. Above all, a majority of the genius is basically lazy, shirking hard work generally.

If all the genius put in hard work as well, this world can progress at more than double the rate. A major part of talents does go waste in our social, economic and political system.

Genius is born, not made. One who fails to use his genius may not be a genius afterall. We only recognize genius because it reveals itself in one's actions.
