if it is then better get beggin
now once u reach the start (welcome screen)
u will see the account which has been locked
now press ctrl+alt+del 2 times
a new screen showing the old logon setup appears

if your dad lock by the login means dont worry just turn off your pc and remove the cabinet of ur cpu and you will see the cell in the mother board make sure that you have turned off your powersupply and remove that cell and replace it immediatly in between there should be atleast 1 minute gap and after fixing the cell in the mother board . close ur cabinet and turn on your power supply and there you will be not asked for any password or login information.

Don't break in. Your father is paying for the computer and trying to raise you without you becoming a ****-addled pervert, so I would suggest respecting his wishes.
