i want to make a diploma in advertising sociology so where i can do it in California if i leave in San Diego?

You have a choice. You can double major (or major and minor) in Sociology and Advertising OR you can design a special major in Advertising Sociology through your school. San Diego State has a great Communications program and they should be able to help you with this.
