I have found a product called "TECH QUIK WIPES" and it is sold in most grocery stores, if you can't find it there try a hardware store. The carpet man told me that this is the best product to clean up spots on your carpet. I have not found a stain that it does not remove, and the beauty of this product is that there is no residue left behind to attract dirt, like most other products have. It comes like wet wipes and one wet wipe will do an entire stain. I have white carpet in my home and it works perfect!!!! I have also used it on my curtains, drapes, bed spreads, clothes, etc. It is a wonderful product!!!!!

For boot polish or scuff marks on carpet, rub eucalyptus oil over the spot with a coton ball. An alternative is dry-cleaning fluid applied with a cotton ball.
