he just played 1 match against the Weat Indies and not even a single match agains t Sri lanka.I think it is demoralising him.

irfan pathan has done wonders for india in past.but i think he has lost his form when india went to westindies.from that time he has strugled with his bowling.thats why i think hes left out of the squad.so hes not included in the recent mathes.but he will certainly do well in the world cup if he gets a chance.
he is to talented to be left out.
His performance goes down. He is constantrated on both Bowling and Batting, this may also .
Becoz he was not performing in his previous matches.

What about saurabh man ? Wasn't he demoralised ? No, he came back, with more power. Pathan has to perform, he has capability, he is a good fighter. This strategy of team management is not for demoralising a player, but for betterment of the team and the player. If you are not performing, you're out, simple, the player has to perform.

According to me no doubt that Irfan Pathan is a good player but the main reason for he being not elected was that he was sufferring from injury and there were many people who played better than him.

His current form has been horrible, he's not been bowling a great line and length and has also lost his pace and even his main strength .i.e, swing. When you are talking of demoralising players, well BCCI has always been famous for it.
