How to please others? Is it necessary to please others? How to keep others satisfied? Best way to please others is doing as per demand but it is not necessary to express own views? If we express, others get irritated.

its not so easy because you are what you have acted the way from your birth 1957. that formed a character by which others are well known with , so you can now do a change if you thinks fit
is very hard. because a long time have passed and now in this age usually all have a little interests in some aspects of life forming character .
it also comes hereditary , speak less and sweet , act as sages
and see the diffrence .
but you have to show them that you are really good . thats an easy way .
but what nowadays have changed is a good person may not be liked in society if he has no surplus stock of money .
but a good personality actually is approachable frm the farthest point too.
this world is money minded so you must have to show some stunts, maintaining status, luxury cars , spend lavishly on parties give gifts.
all this if you live in north india
in south you live as a simple man down to earth and see the results.
third way live life king size but also spend some time in religious activities.
anway i can write a whole book on this , so please grant me leave now.

Let's be frank. You can't please everyone. Whatever you do, because humanity is so diverse, someone will despise something about you.
Now with all that in mind, the answer to your main question is simple yet complicated.
Be yourself! Don't be what people want you to be but just be what you are! That's the only way to be your best.
It's easy in a way because what most people say don't really matter anymore. The tough part is understanding who you are. That's a lifelong journey and can be the greatest adventure anyone could ever go through.
