Well I know that Christians are rejoicing and are happy because these are the things that were prophetized in the Bible- Before Jesus comes back, there are a number of things that have to happen- most of them unpleasant- for Christians, they are happy and exciting to be going "home" soon.

Some preachers have even adopted the phrase/slogan "Back to Heaven in 07"

remember bad news sells - papers and tv time. Not good news.
Learn to read between the lines. Or do not read at all.
Be creative and do something positive, build the ultumite re-cycling device (whatever that may be) Invent a cure for something - just to prove them wrong.
If your old enough find a big white rabbit named Harvey and learn to drink.

Also do NOT live life for death as some people are doing - live life
for the enjoyment of life.

Always remember that no matter what, there is a future. And, the future is precious. I teach dying children as much as they want about the world before they leave it. One of their greatest needs is to feel like there will be "tomorrows" after they leave this existence, not "tomorrows" for themselves somewhere else, but "tomorrows" for those they leave behind. Whenever you feel the weight of our troubles, spend some time with young children. Volunteer at a nice nursery school to romp and cuddle and play with the children. Something happens when we interact with them like that. There's a powerful, deeply mature and revitalizing sense of responsibility that rises in us and makes us promise them bravely with our jovial hugs and our straight, strong backs and reassuring crinkles at the corners of our eyes that there will be a good future for them. Soon enough, we convince ourselves of that, too. Or, at least, we know that we will spend the rest of our lives doing what is right by all children and protecting the future for them.

Put the papers down, turn off the boob tube - pick up agood book or magazine - and spend time with your family. My Mom's been nattling cancer for the last 6 years and you know what we're gonna do to take our minds off of the war, and the news?

I went to walmart last night and bought us matching bathing suits (somthing fun and silly to do)...... We are gonna drink lemonade on the back portch (with a little shade) and play cards...... We may even have time to chat about life - and gossip about magazines, hair and make up.

The little things count.
Pick a flower, bring it home to a loved one for the hell of it.
It all counts.

The war and environment don't bother me at all because every day I feel SO blessed that my Mom is still around to "be my Momma" for another day......................

Accept that things aren't always going to be pleasant, so roll with the punches. Be with loved ones, wine and dine good food and make lots of great love.

enjoy what is left and keep in mind that most of us will not live long enough to be affected by the final outcome of climate change. If the news has other miserable print, ignore it and play video games, watch tv, eat good food, have sex, do sport, etc.

Read, study, and obey GOD's WORD, the BIBLE. Study these scriptures and see what you think. To become a Christian:
1. We must HEAR GOD’s WORD. - Romans 10:17 So then faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.
2. We are told to BELIEVE. - To the Prison guard in Acts 16:31 Paul and Silas said, "Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and you will be saved, you and your household."
3. We must REPENT (turn from) of our sins. - Acts 17:30 Truly, these times of ignorance God overlooked, but now commands all men everywhere to repent.
4. We are told to CONFESS CHRIST before men. - Matthew 10:32 "Therefore whoever confesses Me before men, him I will also confess before My Father who is in heaven.
5. We are to enter the waters and BE BAPTIZED. - Mark 16:16 He who believes and is baptized will be saved; but he who does not believe will be condemned.
6. We are told to CONTINUE TO BE FAITHFUL until death. - Revelation 2:10b Be faithful until death, and I will give you the crown of life.
Send me a note if you have questions. I am anxious to hear from you. Have a Great day.
