There are two ways:
1) catch male and female pikachu and send them to the daycare. Then, you walk for a while. Then you will get an egg.
2) catch either male or female pikachu and send it with ditto to the daycare

Breed a male Jigglypuff, Togetic, Pikachu, or any pokemon compatible with a female pikachu. The pichu may learned the male pokemon moves.

to get a pichu, put a male(or female) pikachu with a female(or male) pikachu or a Ditto. I think they will only have an egg after one or both level up. either way, you'll eventually get it.
