Is it acceptable for women to drool over firefighters?

Men are often accused of having a sexist point of view when they talk of women in uniform. But it doesn't seem to bother anyone that women throw themselves at firefighters, and sometimes cops. Do the guys just have to accept it, while the women complain?

I think there is nothing wrong with a bit of 'window shopping' from either side!!!!! I would be worried about my husband if he didn't admire someone goodlooking! I myself have a very unhealthy fascination with uniforms, I think it is the suggestion of power that women like and the fact that these people put their lives on the line daily! Also, genetically these people would be a good match to mate with, so therefore our subconcious would be attracted to them as we perceive them to be strong and have all the right human traits!!!! Still can't beat a man in a flight suit though!

I have never heard of a man being accused of being sexit for finding women in uniform attractive. Finding a firefighter attractive is more about what they do for a job and what that symbolises i.e. big strong knight in shining armour coming to the rescue of distressed damsel. I don't think women throw themselves on firemen and firemen don't have to accept inappropriate behaviour just as women in uniform don't either.

I think it comes down to the usual explanation that my wife gives me. For us guys if we were to look at a stripper for example we apparently wouldn't be looking at her for a bit of fun, no we perv over her and imagine what it would be like to have sex with her. From a woman's point of view when they have a stripper attend a hen night for example they have fun and take the piss out the guy. They usually don't think that they would like to have sex with them.

However!!! I do realise that this may seem as a generalisation of both men and women, which obviously means that everyone is different. Some women are damn right Dirty minded, and some guys could be genuinely appalled by strippers. But I do think that the majority of men and women fall under my first paragraph.

Few men will complain, it is the nature of males to want to be worshipped a bit.
Some women want to be worshipped but these days there are so many nutters among males, they have the right to wary. Of course there are those women who will complain because they hate men in general, or at least do not like us.

No you don't have to accept anything you don't want to, but just because a woman is drooling over firemen doesn't mean to say she wants him, same as a man drooling over a woman, its just the way it is, as I always say its more fun drooling than it is to be fooling around.

in todays society ther are a lot of firepersons and police that are women.we men also drool,its not a sin it more like fun.the women also accept it.anyway i dont hear to many guys complaining

Its perfectly acceptable for girls to drool over firemen and guys to drool over cheerleaders and nurses.


What is unacceptable is for hypocritcal woemn to call guys sexist for having a thing for a group.

nobody has to accept anything they dont want to, they only reason women do it is because they knoe that the firefighters love the attention thats why they pose nude in calendars
