I think it is Manning, Brackett and Vinatieri

Actually the special teams does not have a representative. I don't know if it is that way for all teams, as far as special teams not having one of the three captains. Peyton Manning is the offensive captain.
Gary Brackett is the defensive captain.
Then the 3rd player represents the NFLPA (NFL Player's Association). The NFLPA rep for the Colts and 3rd team captain is center Jeff Saturday.
