So heres the deal!!!
My mom is turning the big 50 in November...I want to send her and my step-dad on a vacation because they both LOVE to travel but don't have the wallet to travel!!!
I'm on my own and after bills/food and what not...I get about $400 to play with each month!!!...And I'm going to start saving it so I can put it to the trip for them...But I need some more money for the trip...Any good Fund Rising Ideals???...I'm aware of car washes and I plan to do a few over this summer with some friends help!!!
Any other ideals for me???

a silent auction is always a lot of fun- use some of your items of have friends/people donate items to you- create a space (in a big square or circle) where people can browse at the different items and right down the highest price they would pay for the item and have them leave their telephone number so at the end of the event you can call them so they can pick up what they've won- You can get people to donate through craigslist.org in your area- I bet a lot of people would be willing to help!
