My Mom smokes and we live in an apartment. When i go to school i smell like smoke and washing and putting perfum on dont work. I dont know what to do i hate going to school smelling like smoke PLEASE HELP

Tell your Mum. She may not realise that her smoking is not only causing her harm, but you as well. If you live in an apartment you be taking in serious amounts of second-hand smoke. Talk to your Mum, make sure she realises that smoking is an embarrasing and unhealthy habit, and that you would like to help her try to quit. For added persuasion, throw in the fact that by quitting smoking you can save about $5,000 a year!

That's a tough one. I had friend's whose parents smoked, and I would always come home with my overnight bag smelling horrible. The only thing I can tell you is to try to get your mom to start smoking outside of the apartment. In the meantime, you may want to try some Febreeze on the furniture and such. I wish you the best.

Hey. First you have to talk to her, tell her your concern and ask her if she can smoke out side. Then spray Fabreez on your clothing live it overnight and in morning the smell will be gone, Good luck

Ask your mother to stop smoking. There are many excellent products available in any drug store. Hypnosis also works.
Two of my friends stopped smoking after reading a book.

I had that problem myself. Theres nothing you can do. I asked her to stop, smoke outside, etc... Nothing worked, she was too stubborn.
