If you ask me, I think this is a joke question. I like jokes, but I think I am going to have to give you an F for creativity. =D

A few years ago a fellow in Florida had a similar experience and his insurance company refused to pay saying that the damage was the result of an "act of God". The courts agreed. So, then he sued all the local churches on the basis that they alleged that they were the local representatives of God and thus they should pay for his acts. It was good for a laugh, anyway, but he never got any money from anyone.

Sorry fella. Weather is weather. It just is. It happens. It is the result of natural forces and pays no heed what so ever to us puny humans and what we need or want. It can and will kill you if you ignore warnings about sever weather (thunderstorms with their lightening and possible high winds, tornado's, blizzards, heat waves all these can kill).
If you must sue someone, sue who ever left your car out in a thunderstorm.

There's nobody you can sue. Once hail damages your car, there's nothing else you can do, except making a few repairs and window replacements. You can sue someone who pics up hailstones from the ground and throws 'em at your car if you caught that person on tape.

Probably not. To file a case like this you'd have to have very good grammar. And more proof. Perhaps you and a witness with a tape recorder could get someone to confess. Can you prove the clutch was in good working order before you took it in? The tow truck receipt will show it only made it 2 miles, which is quite damning evidence if you ask me.

hmm....well hail is a weather phenomena...an act of god...as called by the insurance industry...so If you could sue god that would be the way to go...suing god might prove difficult, so The best you can do is to move to a place where there is no hail...and hope that it does not happen again...and ponder the thought that you might just be at fault for having your car outside during a hail storm.

You can sue God, but I don't think he'll like that.
It is an act of nature. Nothing could stop that.
