Absolutely and when they step out of line, his privates can use toothbrushes as a punishment. (remember in the movies that is how they had to clean the toilet) That is his privates taking care of him......ouch ouch ouch
A sergeant should always look out for his privates even when they don't stand up in general.

Most of the time they do, Its a major undertaking, but they do it first class. Now and then they hit awol and dish out corporal punishment.
