In my lifetime, and for the better my favorites are Muhammed Ali, Mother Teresa, Dr. Martin Luther King and John Lennon.

For the worst, it's a draw between Bush and his son George W.

Without a doubt, Jesus Christ/God. Eve comes to mind after that. Then I would suppose that it would be Adam, Noah, Abraham, Moses, Jacob/Israel. Kind of hard to say after that. Probably the great emperors of the world kingdoms (not refering to Rome). Then probably Esther, David, Solomon, and the major prophets, and so on. It is kind of hard to put them in "world changing" order because some are seen more important than others, but if you look on a world-wide scale and see how they changed the world, I think it looks maybe something like the order I placed them in. Of course, you realize that they may have changed the world for the better (Jesus Christ/God for instance), or for the worse (Eve for instance).

I left off Satan, and angels and demons because they seem to be unearthly characters, and I limited the list to people. Jesus should be on the list, because He is in the form of God and man (see Philippians 2:6-7).

We all take the responsibility to change the world to become the better place to stay by improving, evaluating and changing ourself to be the better version.
