Dear, dear, dear, Saroja!
Would you feel bad if I help you clear your misunderstandings? I think sooner you see the road clear, faster you move in your life. One should get clear idea of love in life without wasting much time so that can use it and live practically in the main period between childhood and old age, do you frankly agree?
Well, you said "I want to love", everybody want and nothing wrong in because love is the essence of life, very necessary in first place of all, and that is why it is the most difficult to understand too.
Think, if everybody want, that all must love one back, wouldn't be a mess? Fundamentally love is not a want but a sacrifice, are you ready? Why one will love you if you don't sacrifice? And top of it, there is no guaranty of return because everybody is free to have their own wish. But you said soul and not a person right? Soul is not seen, than how can you love? Love is an experience of soul inside. Life is nothing but all different experiences of soul.
So, don't think that I am advising you but some of my suggestions I want to put forward as you asked for.
Very first step is to see whether the heart is completely purified or not because only than and than you will experience what is love for all. I don't know how old are you. Well, first think about your body in which heart & soul resides. I mean concentrate on edjucation, occupation, earnings, health-care etc. Than plan your day to day life accordingly in which spare some time for inner search that is for your original identity called self-realization, than next comes God-realization (love all soul as you mentioned). This is yahoo answers and I can't spare time to suggest everyone individually because I have to live my life too. I hope I have given too much time than enough.
