There can be only a few reasons you want to know this so here goes. You can get it from food poisoning fast. If you are trying to get out of going to school and have one of those mom's who wants proof that you have diarrhea your sh** out of luck. If you are calling in sick to work just tell them you have the stomach virus, I don't require a stool sample for proof from my employees, I just take their word for it if they aren't habitually missing work.
