I know many people won't agree with me, but you should be seeing a regular doctor, an orthpod, not a chiropractor, especially at your age. If that chiropractor is leaving you in so much pain that you can't sleep, there is something seriously wrong with the treatment.
You'll need to go to a doctor to get a prescription for pain medication, if ibuprofen or tylenol aren't helping. Can you get a heating pad, set on low, or a hot water bottle of some sort, and put it on your sore muscles?
If you have scoliosis, there are other ways to treat it, exercizes you can also do. I hope your parents know how terrible you're feeling. Ask if you can take a break from the chiropractor, then go back to your doctor and see if he can order some physical therapy for you.
Good luck!

Try taking Calms Forte a homeopathic muscle relaxer. The reason you're in pain is the muscles. When you get adjusted he can only move the bones but the muscles are used to things being out of whack. You really need to loosen those muscles. See if there is someone who teaches Svaroopa Yoga in your area. Svaroopa is very, very gentle and easy to do. Even people in a wheelchair can do it but it's EXTREMELY effective in getting those muscles to let go. The idea behind Svaroopa (which mean bliss) is "support equals release" - and it works. Believe me I have MS and it helps me. Regular allopathic doctors have very little to offer for back/neck pain. It's either drugs or surgery then they throw up their hands.

if the spine is 'off' by six degrees, it is unlikely that the chiropractor can help. the muscles are hurting because you are a tense person, and have a condition called fibromyalgia. learn to relax. take lots of B-complex vitamins and apply local analgesic creams, or balms.

Simple! Stop seeing a chiropractor! Chiropractic is based on a debunked mythology that rejects Louis Pasteur's germ theory of disease. Chiropractors are nothing but lying charlatans who will keep you coming back on a regular basis to separate you from your money.

I would advise seeing a doctor or a physiotherapist, someone who has studied the physiology of pain, not someone who causes it saying that it will cure disease!
