it will go down in history as at least one of the worst policies America has ever endorsed, it has made good men and women say why should I try I am no better than a black and in most cases not as good, especially when some one promotes or hires a minority over the white who was better qualified, Pride in who a person is and what they are is what made America so great and strong, but, our stupid gov, has taken away most of our peoples pride, has no one noticed how far our country has sank since integration started and Affirmative action, we were tops in all fields, we came in in 5th place this year in math, science, technology, and engineering, our so called prejudice country's have beaten us out and we came in in 7th place in other fields,do you think America will wake up in time to save our country?? it took over 200 years to build the best, strongest ,and the richest nation the world has ever known, look how far we have fallen in just over 35 years.

agree; with 2 black coaches in the superbowl who werent there because of affirmative action it implies that these 2 coaches were simply the best at coaching!! I think it is a destructive idea. It demeans the accomplishments of those who simply earn what they get because people are assuming affirmative action gave them the chance they needed rather than their own merits.
