The office of the president of the untied states is not an entry level job. Obama is not even through his first term in senate. He should not even be considered. Giuliani would be a much better choice. Look up his accomplishments in NYC and you will see that he reduced murders by 75%, crime by 50%, took a multi-billion dollar deficit and made it a multi-billion dollar surplus, plus he has the added experience of crisis management from 9/11. I would be confident to have him as a war-time president.

No one who supports anything Bush does! That leaves McCain out in the cold. By the way, if the office of president is not an entry level position, then what is Dubya doing there? He certainly doesn't qualify! Being a figurehead governor of a state like Texas doesn't provide anyone with the tools to be president. And before that he held no elective office. So again I ask: Why is he in the Oval Office with little or no experience?

Obama, with John Edwards as V.P.
Or if not, then John Edwards with Obama as V.P., then Obama in 2016.
Hillary may very well win, and would probably be a good President, but her arrogance and refusal to admit or apologize for a mistake is too reminiscent of the wild cowboy currently occupying White House. I think we've had enough of that.

I want Condi to run, but she probably won't. Of the declared candidates, Mitt Romney is looking better all the time.
Of the Democrats, I'd take Obama over Hillary any day of the week. Unfortunately it's very unlikely his record and positions will stand up to the scrutiny of an actual campaign.

so if we say Obama, is that the best answer?
I think McCain would make a better President. He has been a politician much longer, he is sure about what he believes, and he is strong-willed enough not to cater to the whims of his largest endorsers.
I also think he's savvy enough to effectively lead a country that desperately needs a good leader right now.

i agree. it's funny you mentioned him because i watching something about him on CNN news this past summer and i said to myself he would make a great president. his world affair comments and what should be done on our home front is absolutely without a doubt makes him a great candidate. i believe he will actually make the American people believe in our political system once again and he will bring change for the better for all of us.

I think Robin Williams would be the only candidate I would trust in office. At least he'd get the country, and possibly the world, laughing. I'd like to see anyone start a war while they're laughing their *** off... :)
