once you start ur monthly flow, does your bbt go down and stay down?

on day 29 of my cycle, my bbt went down from 37 - 36.8c, had very very slight spotting but only only pad not when i wipe. same since then although bbt has gone up to 37 again 2 days running. its day 32 now. am i making sense??

bbt goes down when you start your period. Take a pregnancy test since you are late.

BBT does go down when your period comes, but some people experience an "implantation dip" when the fertilized egg implants into the uterus, where BBT will drop and then spike again. If you're late, or having spotting, you may want to take a pregnancy test.
