i have been quilified for services of legai aid and have been constently refused all services from legal aid for over 30 years. lawyers bussinesses & privet people the entier years always saylegal aid should be giving services for dozens & dozens of different casesfor the entier 30 years. so many many cases always legal aid always has denyed all services of any kind. resently. 2 years ago legal aid even went soi far as to commir over $39,000 worthof crimes against me that were illegal. now legal aid tells me not only that i can not even get near the office or be arrested , but thay tell me to take them to court for what thayh did to me. no other legal auid well take this legal aid to court. not any legal aid in this state or any other LEGAL AID FROM ANY OTHER STATE EITHER WELL TAKE THIS LEGAL AID TO COURT. NOT ONLY HAVE I NOT EVER BEEN CAPABEL OF EVER PAYING FOR ANY LAWYER FOR ANYTHING EVER IN MY LIFE. BUT NOW I AM EXPECTED TO TAKE LEGAL AID TO COURT. this is impossabel?i needA lawyer

I LIVE IN OREGON. THE OREGON STATE BAR HAS FOR YEARS TOLD ME NOT TO PHONE WHENEVER I TRY TO GET ASSISTANCE FROM THE OREGON STATE BAR FOR anytbing AT ALL. IN FACE THE OREGON STATE BAR TELLS ME NOT TO EVEN PHONE THE BAR FOR ANYTHING AT ALL. i have contacted every singal state govermental and city and county agency possabel to contact. no one well give any assistance in any way at all. for anything concerning obtaining legal assistance ever. to make everything even worse the police also do illegaLg things to many to mention.i well just say investigaters say $75,000 would not be enough just to start the investigations of the illegal cops in this town. contact me if concerned about the hiddious things the cops have done and continue todo to me that beiny poverty level no way in my live well i ever be capabel of ever being protected from the illegal things the cops do & allow everyone else to do to me. NEVER ANYWHERE TO GO WNEN ANYONE COMMITS ANY CRIME TO ME. . court apointecd lawyers commit crimes to me when thay are apointed to me also. never can i do anytrhing to a illegal court apointed lawyer when that commit a crime to me . my own lawyers i have to go to court about fot them doing illegal things to me. plussjudgews also have done illegal trhings. now tell me just how does a person take a illegaL JUDGE TO COURT. how do i take anyone at all to court for that matter. never do i ever have anywhere at all to go when anyone does anything illegal to me. and beleave you me everyone possabes does and as often as possabe.even the media is involved in this town.always refusing ever to mention anything of me in any way at all ever.

there are dozens of churches in this illegal city, i have contacted all of them. not one well lift a finger in any way at all. some well say i well pray for you then thay get rid of me. the church i have gone to in this town for over 30 years preacher even refuses to walk out of the bulding to be a witness of anything, even when i ofer him money to be a witness for me he refuses to do anything at all. thing this is funny ? well it is not at all. i ask lots of people that i know in this town to be a wittness for me also & even ofer money to them to be my wittness. think even one well do it for me? nope. not one person.well. and i ask court apointed lawyers to supena wittnes for me also. think i get a wittness? nope thaydo not supena them thay refuse to let me have a wittness, i do not beleave these things are legal. some times when one lawyer is apointed a different lawyer well show up insted of the one apoonted to me.i am not alowed to speak in my court room if allowed to even be in it

some times i never even see my own court apointed lawyers face ever even. i have been atempting to speak to one court apointed lawyer for over 7 months now. whenever i phone for him either nobody well even answer the phone or else hos secatary well answer and refuse to let me speak toi him. he refuses to contact me in any way. i well tell you about the courts here in this court house. i am always told to leave whenever i try to get any answer to ANY QUESTION. and the da office. what shall i say about it.... it refuses to let me contact it in any way for over 20 years. except twice a later of mine was acepted which thay were only fowarded to the police departments discribimg various crimes that the cops have committed to me and of other people that the cops allow to commit crimes to me. da refuses to ever do one thing about any crime committed to me also. he knows cops comit crimes ti me & other people comit lots of huge crimes & not one thing is ever done to any crimonol for any crime

i get arrested for things i do not even do. lost a year of my life for it. be incarisded for the whole time. and gets dismised. thing this is justice? no it is a mofia. it is conspercy even cops admit it to my face years ago. neglected abused taken advantage of by everyone always. my relitives are no help in fact detremtal. thay are crimmonals and that commit lits of crimes to me also with everyone seeing to it that thay get awY WITH ANY CRIME THAY DO TO ME. AND EVEN THE BUGLER WELL FEEL REMORSE AFTER BEING RELEASED FROM JAIL WITH MY POSSENS AND HE HIMSELF WELL BRING BACK TO ME MY BUGLERIZED POSENS HEMSELF. try to explain that one. i have receaved a restution check befor then the bugler that had to pay the check has then come to my residence to steal his own restution check right from my residense. everything is so backwotrds and as illegal as it can be to me constently.

The government is only required to provide legal assistance free of charge if you are the defendant in a criminal matter, meaning arrested and charge with a crime. The bar association has nothing to do with it.

Talk to your minister or clergyman of choice. They might be able to help you find the legal assistance you need. If you are of an ethnic minority, there might be a program offered through an awareness center. If you are a vetran who was discharged with an acceptible record, the VA might be able to help as well.
