Lactating is a hormonal thing. It's not inexplicably linked with pregnancy- even some men lactate, due to hormone imbalances.

A woman doesn't have to be pregnant to produce milk. Lactation can be caused by a) a lot of stimulation, and/or b) a slight hormone imbalance.

Also, if she has ever had babies or been pregnant in the past, lactation can re-occur randomly.

I seriously doubt that she is pregnant, as by the time pregnancy stimulates milk production, she would be in at least her second trimester (if not further along).

Not as such, if say your diet was chocolate milk and chocolate all the time then there would be a chocolatey tint to it, like my mom drunk vodka whilst breast feeding an it went into the milk an got my sister sleepy (my moms first child and she was very young an it was 25 years ago, people wernt as aware back then) so what you eat and drink does go into the milk, but would take alot to change the taste

NO she is not pregnant because she is lactating. A woman will be able to lactate when she is toward the end of her pregnancy OR if her breasts are stimulated to begin lactation. That is how women who adopt babies are able to breastfeed.

You may think it is fun, but lactation can be embarrassing or even painful for some women.

chances are she is NOT pregnant. i have milk come out of mine all the time. gross... i know. but it can be caused by irritation from bras, ppl playing with them etc.. but it can also be caused by an overactive gland in her breast. i forgot what its called but her doc can do a blood test and see if that is the problem. if she has that there is a pill she can take to control it. hope this helped!

You said "Lot of milk" which can come only the advance stage of pregnancy. And it is completely visible that she is pregnant or not. Otherwise consult with a doctor.

If her breasts are leaking fluids, she needs to see a doctor. That is not a sign of pregnancy.
