I can't believe its been 4 years since the huge blackout in 2003. I remeber it was during summer and it was burning outside. It made me realize how dependent we are on electricty.

Yes, we are dependent all all things modern and sometimes lost without the usage of it. It does remind me how how blessed we are to have such luxuries compared to our ancestors, particularly the pioneers.

No, but I lived through the black of 1965 of the northeast, we partied.

Yeah, that was bad. We never lost power but were one of the few homes in the area that didn't.

Gosh. I thought I was blacking out and now I find I was not alone. It must have happened to many other people too. Thanks I feel so much better now.
