Because they have a very poor work ethic, or were spoiled by their parents and don't think that they have to work as hard as others. I have a co-worker right now that is on the verge of getting fired, and the only reason they are keeping him on is because they can't hire someone else until March. I told the manager that we might form a lynch mob by then.

Instead of asking up just fire them there are plenty of ppl out there looking for a job.

Oh! I agree with you. I run a business and this guy didnt show up today because he was sick - yet he is sick once a week.

haha..because not everyone has as good of work ethic as we do! I hear ya. I am a manager at a restuarant and I FEEL YOUR PAIN.

Because they aren't paid enough to care about their job! Also, they were not taught that they had to work for anything because their parents gave them everything!

Maybe because their boss can't compose a proper sentence, and they have no fear of getting writen up!

May be they're inefficient or not that vigorous....or...may be you're asking or expecting too much...you'd better rate yourself first.
