That's funny! He really does seem to want to be a television judge, but, it is hard not to like him. He obviously was impressed by Larry Birkhead's testimony today!! A lot of interesting information IS coming out which may get Howard Stern in volved in having to defend himself in criminal matters.

I like the judge!!!!! To me, being raised by a Brooklyn New Yorker, the judge seems to be a "don't bull$hit a Bull$hitter"......He has seen and heard it all....Seriously.......he didn't get to where he is by just playing by the rules.....There are so many scam artists, and con artists, and people who think they are smarter than the ones who did the Schooling and the hands on training...That this Circus of "Stars" in the Anna Nicole saga, he just ain't buying the Bull$hit!!!....He seems to be someone you just can't play the Hollywood games with....And that is Exactly what this whole saga needs!!!...If you met my father, you'd think he was the judges brother!!!....He can peg a liar 2 feet away, and not going to give in to the Celebrity status that this trial would give him, he doesn't NEED it!! His credentials and experience in the world, and all the cases he's handled gives him the kudo's to sit back in his chair, like tell me another one.....go ahead, plead your case....tell me something that I haven't heard....don't BS me!!!!!! I LIKE the judge!!!! HE ISN'T BOUGHT!!!!!!!! There is a lot at stake, and he is covering every tract! There is a little baby girl at stake, and I think he wants the friggen truth!!!....And can tell who is giving it, and who is BS'ing their way through the trial!!!!!!!!!!!!

This Judge is making a mockery of the justice system. There is a reason that there are rules and laws adopted. He should be recused or recuse himself from this case he is obviously bias and is using the court as his forum to grand stand. I have never seen anything like it. He ask the questions and before the witness answers he objects to his own question. (lol) What a crock.

I totally agree,that dude isn't all the way with us.I think he is more interested in the spotlight than the judgment.
