There are a few great sites out there were you can watch Korean, Japanese, Chinese, and Taiwanese dramas for free.
Crunchy roll is the "asian video" version of youtube : http://www.crunchyroll.com/ and has alot of subtitled dramas to watch there.
Since streaming sites often don't have good video quality there is a great direct download site called Silent Regrets which has TONS of subtitled Korean dramas as well as Japanese and Chinese ones as well: http://silentregrets.com/
And last but not least if you download torrents, then there is D-addicts, a comprehensive site where you probably can find most dramas : http://www.d-addicts.com/forum/

i watch on youtube. any other shows youtube mostly have it. yeah, peekvid has 'em too.
