Well nothing stops them. You have to choose, youngsters. When Rajiv Gandhi became Prime Minister, he was in 40s. For President the political parties choose Eminent Persons, who have made a mark in some field. If an youngster achieves at young age, no harm in choosing them. But to achieve and be known, at young age is quite difficult.
We already have young ministers. But running a BPO and a country is quite different.

The post of a president or a CM needs more experience in life . A b.p.o as you said does not need to make big decisions like starting a war or ending it. Like a CM he does not have to think about the future of millions of people having jobs from sweeper to police officer . being CM or President is much difficult than it seems to be.

they cannot be given a high profile at a age when the pimples start to sprout of their faces.their mustaches just starts growing, they begin to slowly open their eyes to the already established world out there.
it is like asking asking a child to carry a heavy suitcase.
and make note of this"running a country is far more difficult then running a company.
therefore they ask for age, experience, work credits etc before they make you become the country's first citizen.
