I agree It seems like no one really cares that a life was ended.All anyone wants to know is who gets the money. I think that the only one that really cares about the baby in Howard Stern and would probably give the money away if it meant being left alone to live their lives as normal as possible .

I think the judge, with his "relaxed style", is eliciting interesting information that will become important much later.
The mother does seem to be an opportunist and not much of a good example of a mother.

Are any of you Mom's? I'd say Vicky Lynn's mother is acting like a true mother. Sometimes your children shun you when they are ashamed. I think that is the case with these two.
I think her mother loved her and still loves her unconditionally. Sometimes children don't seem to see that. If you've never been a mother, you can't even begin to understand.
If you are a mother, but have never dealt with a daughter doing drugs, stripping and doing all things against your upbringing, it's easy to turn it all against your family.
I think the judge is trying to get all the facts and is not as stupid as the general public, to know that everything is not always as it appears.

With an estate that size, everybody who stands to profit from her death can be considered an opportunist if they persue the wealth with no concern for the rest of the family. Insanity will run rampant as all who can struggle for the 'spoils'. And the one person who will suffer the most is her son. We should pray for him every day until this settles.

I don't know the truth but this sad story is FULL of opportunists. As for your feeling about the mother, I've known a few druggies and alkies who hated or resented those who didn't help enable them.
