How can I make my eyes appear shinier?

Or brighter, I have deep blue eyes and want to get the effect of that sort of shiny-eye look people get when their eyes are really moist, like when you've just put Visene or something in your eye - but I want it to last all day. Also, can I make the blue of my eyes brighter?

i carry my visine everywhere. my eyes are always dry. they make a long lasting visine now. if you have allergies, you may want to ask your dr. for rx. i used to use prescription eye drops but they were $90 a bottle (very small bottle)
