If that engine still runs, try using some K&W Head Gasket and Block sealer. It comes in a lime green quart bottle at many auto parts stores. Costs about $20 a bottle (but has a double-your-money-back guarantee). I've used it in my '90 T-bird, and have been driving the car for 4 months and several thousand miles with no problem and no coolant loss. (No, I don't sell the stuff and have no connection to the company.)

You can try "Liquid Glass" (sodium silicate) - the ones with copper beads provides a stronger bond. This may not work on aluminum heads - or may not last as long. It will only work as a temp (stop gap) measure.

Nothing that'll stand up for long time under the constant explosions. Remember, the engine is doing THOUSANDS of revs per second, that's bazillion small explosions in just minutes of driving and idling. The only sure fix is to replace.

Nothing that will permanently fix it. In most, if not all cases of cracked heads, you've got to pull it off and replace it. The old one makes a nice doorstop!

Not nessicarily due to the fact that your piston will ride uneasily against that cracked clyinder and anything that you'd put into it would slow down the piston and may retard your timing...
