Anna's will says that everything she owned would go to son & no other children but that was before the baby

I don't think that her will should hold up in court due to the fact that it was written years before she had another child and no one expects their child to die before them and you can't guess how many children you will have in the future.

I think looking back at it now, Anna would want her daughter to have it. If she could look back, of course. No one else in her family deserves it, and her daughter would be set for life. Let the baby have it.
