After I take a dump and I wipe my butt, there is blood smeared on the tissue rather than bowel excrement bits. It occurs almost every time I go now, but sometimes there is no blood at all. Sometimes it hurts to even poo because the chunk is so big, as well. In fact I usually only see blood if it hurt to take a dump before. What is going on? I am a 15y/o male.

Hemorrhoids cause frank (red) bleeding. You need to change your dietary habits. Increase your dietary fiber (fruits and vegetables) decrease your junk food, give up soda, drink more water, etc... One of the leading cause es of degenerative disorders is autointoxication (bowel disease). You should have one bowel movement each day, and it should not hurt.

You probably have a hemorrhoid that bleeds with BM's.If it doesn't bother you you'll be ok. Or you could go to your doctor and he will fix it for you.If the blood is in the water and there's a lot you definitely need to go to a doctor.Try Preparation -H first. It shrinks the hemorrhoid which makes the opening smaller and causes you to tear a little during BM's which cause the blood.
