Buy some of those velcro adhesive strips. Stick a few on your back and a few on your sheets. That should keep you in place.

Go to the hardware store and buy those non-slip strips for the edges of stairs. Glue a few onto your back and problem solved.

I suggest sleeping on the floor for a few days, just till the stubble grows back in. That should give you enough traction again.

put your underwear back on. The skid marks in the back prove that you got traction.

I find sticking adhesive Velcro to my butt and mattress helps. A bit uncomfortable, but what can you do? ;-)
