My boyfriend and i dint have real sex.. but he did give me oral. i wanna know if the fluid that comes out of this "thing" before he ejaculates has any sperm or not? ( its a clear fluid).. this fluid dint go inside me but it spilled all over my thighs! i am very young and scared to death about being pregnant.. PLEASE tell me if theres any way i could be pregnant?

If you are very young then before you go any further get yourself some sex ed - get to a doctor, nurse or sexual health counsellor and learn about your body, contraception, pregnancy, diseases, HIV, and the risks and responsibilities of a sexual relationship.
Then you won't have to ask a bunch of strangers questions like this because you'll be already informed.
And YES, despite what the others have told you (and I am a nurse here) the fluid secreted by the penis prior to ejaculation CAN contain sperm, and any intimate sexual contact where sperm is involved risks pregnancy, whether you actually had intercourse or not. It also risks disease, but that's another subject entirely - ask your doctor.
It intrigues me to know though how MUCH of the clear fluid there was if it spilled "all over" your thighs - are you sure he didn't ejaculate? There's usually only a small amount of this pre-ejaculate/lubricant, just a few drops, and it's a bit like egg white - stretchy and slimy - rather than fluid that will "spill".
Please, don't be fooled into thinking any intimate sex play is safe, especially when you're young, because quite honestly the more you get into it and the further you go, the greater the risk, and if you get out of the habit of using contraceptive strategies you're only asking for trouble. There are plenty of pregnant teenagers around who can testify to this.

No there is a chance you could get pregnant the sperm has to go into the vagina. So the sperm and egg can get together and make a baby. And if the sperm was on your thigh you going to be fine. And the clear fluid is not sperm

Yes. Precum has sperm in it, but if none of it went in you then your chances of being pregnant is very slim. By the way...if you're old enough to have oral sex, and worry about precum on your thighs then you're old enough to say PENIS!

There's always a Chance, But In my Opinion, I dont think you'll have much to worry about it, I'm not saying There isnt a chance and i'm not saying there is a chance, but you more in likely dont have to worry about pregnancy, just be more careful if your not ready for a kid.

NO But, if it gets inside you can easily. It's not WORTH IT ONE BIT SO BE CAREFUL!!! I'm on my second child and due in March but, it's very hard to take care of them so just wait until you're ready!
