you have to do right before you go to sleep??? One thing I have to do every night before I go to sleep is say a prayer. Well, it's about that time for me to go to sleep. Sweet dreams everyone, good night!

I have to turn on my fan. It runs 365 nights a year no matter how hot or cold. I think the humming motor is soothing and I got hot really easily cause my husband is a human heater.
