My first symptom was the Dr. telling me I'm preg at 4 weeks(I didn't quite miss my period and was just in for a check up). I didn't feel anything really til I was about 20 weeks then I got tired and bigger.

My first symptoms were cramping in my lower abdomen (above my pubic bone, but below my belly button), constant breast tenderness/soreness, and extreme fatigue. These symptoms I noticed must have been around 1-3 weeks after conception b/c I decided to take a pregnancy test around 4 weeks(it was positive). Good luck! Pregnancy is a trip! Enjoy

I didn't know I was pergnant till I was about a month and a half into my pregnancy only cause I totally didn't realize that it had beena while since I had my period. But my first clues were about a month into my pregnancy... I threw up EVERYTHING!!! All I did was sleep... I slept for 3 days straight and woke up to pee drink something and puke it back up! I couldn't keep a thing down!! I noticed a little bit of mood swings but not a whole lot. Mostly just Vomitting. And I have never puked in my whole life till I got prego!

I am, as the Dr says, 5 to 6 weeks pregnant. My first symptoms were really REALLY sore boobs!! And my partner noticed that they had grown quite a bit (of course HE would notice). Then we did the calculation on my last period and he literally ran to the pharmacy and grabbed a test. FIrst one I did was very faintly positive, did a second one first thing in the morn and bingo - there was that 2nd red line!

They say that it takes up to two weeks for the seeman to fertilize the egg and for the egg to implant in the uterus. However, my belief is that everyone is different, some people are more in tune with their bodies than others, or maybe it justs happen quicker for some. My symptoms started a week after i ovulated. I was tired, moody, my breast were HUGE and tender and the veins on them were very prominent and I peed alot! I was also experiencing strange sensations in my pelvis...hope this helps!
