It probably is just a blood clot. I know that when this happens to me, I have the worst cramps- but then there gone just like that. I have also noticed that when in use of a tampon the cramps are worse. However, if it really freaks you out, you might want to go to your gyno.

First thing that comes to my mind would be a miscarriage...? Especially since you say that your cramps stopped AFTER you passed this. I would definitely contact your Dr. If you feel fine, go to bed & get some good rest & call them first thing in the a.m. If not, then I would go to the ER, especially if you start feeling bad or bleeding really heavily. Hope this helps, good luck.

Sometimes the body does discharge a very heavy clot. It is normal with some women. Tuck yourself into bed and you will feel better in AM. Sweet Dreams!

if it came out of your vagina, it is probably a piece of the lining of your uterus, this is very normal but can seem scary. I'm 27 and I've had this happen 4 times since I was 14, I had bad cramps before I passed it too. I talked to my OB/GYN and she confirmed its just a big piece of your monthly lining buildup. It seemed to happen to me especially after switching my birth control around.

The Urinary and the Reproductinve system are two different system, sounds like you have a bladder infection, which is not connected with the reproductive system. No it's not a clot, and it's not an ovary, these things can't pass thru the urinary system. Do you have burning, or fever, or pain, other symptoms of UTI, if so call your md.

Try researching the symptoms on medicinenet.com. If you can't get answers that satisfy you, you should definitely make a doctor's appointment. Actually, you should probably make an appointment anyway. Self-diagnosis really isn't the answer.

you should call a female nurse...just call, and tell them what you saw. if they think its serious, they'll tell you to make an appointment with an ob/gyn or some other kind of doctor. and nice use of imagery by the way. looks like a peach pit..

I think it is normal because I have the same thing for many years and I asked my OB/GYN and she says it is very normal it means that your eggs are releasing at the same time
