1, get workmen's comp
Actually, first I'd report the injury to the proper staff member, and get to an emergency room, if necessary.

In August I got injured on the job. I went straight for medical help, and the emergency centre sent the bill to my workplace. There was no red tape or anything. The bosses paid the bill, and checked out the cause of the accident. All within one day. Problem fixed same day.
Injury: 2nd degree burns left hand.

Go to the doctor for your injury and tell them that this happened on the job. They will then put that on your record and then you need to turn your bill into the human resources office for them to send to the workmen's comp insurance company.
