Yes, sometimes, when I am involved in some important work and am very busy and I have to get the task done systematically, in many steps, then I talk to make sure I did not miss a procedure.

Yeah, its a kind of communication with the space as we do with god. If there is nobody to communicate, we either select god or space around us to chat. Nothing special in it. Dont feel anything more than that you say "Oh my God!"
