while your running fall down and grab your leg and pick a part of your leg like your groin and say you pulled it. YOUR groin is your upper inner thigh. JUST act in a lot of pain and make sure you stick to your story and the same leg. If you really pulled it it would burn and be a really sharp agonnizing pain. Um why do you want to get out of soccer any way. Why would you want to give up a sport just for three days. Not really a good idea if you get busted you could get kicke off the team!

Tape up your ankle and get some crutches. Walk slower, when you put your injured foot on the ground, step quickly so it looks like you can't put too much weight on it. But walk with a straight ankle, you don;t want to sprain it for real. Also, it'll be more believable if you look like you want to get better.

Wince every time you step on that foot and walk slooowwwww.
Have trouble with almost everything that requires your foot, but not too much.

My advice would be...don't fake the injury. Live up to your commitments and learn an important lesson: "You are not the center of the universe and there are people counting on you."

Rent a pair of crutches, and wrap your ankle with an Ace bandage. Check the phone book for a place to rent the crutches. They are not that expensive.

You might fool your coach, but you will never fool your mom.
Stop being a baby and grow up.

put a rock in your shoe, it will make you walk with a limp because it will hurt every time you take a step. You wont harm your self, but then again you wont have to fake the walk!
