It was not Insane clown posse or Circus lupus. they were our around the same time as blue murder. The time period was eighties-nineties. they were a british band.

Circus Lupus was a hardcore band out of D.C. in the late 80's to early 90's. They were signed to the Dischord label.

daughter_helping for one its not POSSY its Posse and two, ICP aren't British. She said she thinks its a British Band. Anyways, back to the question, I don't remember a band like that. I only can think of a band named Dangerous Toys but I don't they are British and only clown I know of that has to do with them was the one on the album cover.
