What is a site I can go to, to get a free (or cheap) razor phone without getting a plan. I have a cingular plan but I just want to get the Razor phone instead of the one I have...please please help?!~

You can't get a free or cheap Razr phone without a contract.
The reason several stores offer free phones is because they make you sign a contract. If you later break this you will be charged a hefty fee (in addtiion to what cingular charges) which goes back to the store (that's how they make money off of the free phones).
If you want a phone without contract, you will need to buy a used one off of ebay, or the likes

i know this is kinda off subject, but i suggest you get a Krzr, they just came out last month and are much MUCH better then the razr, ebay sells them around like 200, maybe cheaper if your lucky
